Shipping & Returns
Our Warehouse ships items 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Due to Covid 19 restrictions please allow at least 1 to 2 business days for processing.
We ship to the United States using several different types of shipping such as UPS, USPS and FedEx. We choose the best way to get your product to you in the most efficient and cost effective way. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and shipping method you choose pricing will vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and package sizing based. We do offer free ground shipping for orders over $75 in the continental United States for most bait and tackle, but there are occasional exceptions. If an item is particularly heavy or oversized, we reserve the right to exclude that item from the free shipping option. Most rods and reels along with electronics and trolling motors require insurance to ship and we reserve the right to wave the free shipping for these items. Items valued over $250 may require a signature on delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in original resalable condition in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Closeout Items or items Discontinued are sold AS IS and will not be returnable.
Contact us at [email protected] to receive a return authorization and instructions. Please Note: Shipping and handling is non-refundable except for defective items. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restock fee. Return shipping must be paid by the customer for non defective items. Items must be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS priority mail for tracking. We assume no liability for loss or damage of return packages. If package was damaged during transit please contact the shipping provider to refuse shipment.
Rod returns are handled by the rod manufacture and you can find information on rod returns in the Warranty Section or the Customer Service Link on most rod manufactures websites. Contact us for any assistance needed.
